I use boneless, skinless breasts.
You can cook the chicken either in a fry pan, on a griddle or on a BBQ. When you flip it for the last time spread a tablespoon of Apricot Basil on top of the chicken. Let it sit for the last few minutes to glaze. Don’t worry, if you miss the last few minutes on the grill. You can spread the Apricot Basil on the chicken on the plate too!
